Built for the numbers behind the print.
Spoolkind is a free set of local calculators for hobby printers and small production runs. It makes assumptions visible so you can adjust them to your own workshop.
Start with your slicer
Enter the material mass and print time from your slicer. Actual extrusion, failed prints, power draw and labor can vary. This version does not parse STL files or promise a final production price.
Understand the estimate
Machine allowance is an optional hourly provision for equipment, maintenance and wear. It is separate from electricity and labor. Batch quoting estimates expected failed attempts and applies your target gross margin to production cost.
Before you send a quote
Review material specifications, finishing work, packaging, payment fees, taxes and shipping separately. Compare the estimate with your own production records. Printed and CSV summaries are created locally and can be edited before sharing.
